    This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic office manager to become involved in supporting local families. Your role will be pivotal within the academy and will give you the opportunity to make a significant difference to the local community and support our staff, pupils and parents. 

    Role:            Academy Support/School Office Manager


    Location:    Valley Primary Academy, Gentry Place, Norwich NR5 8XZ


    Salary Range: £20,074.16 - £20,885.16 actual annual salary; (£22,209.69 - £23,106.96 FTE) dependent on experience Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year (i.e. term time plus 3 weeks)


    Start Date:   30th October or sooner if possible 



    This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic office manager to become involved in supporting local families. Your role will be pivotal within the academy and will give you the opportunity to make a significant difference to the local community and support our staff, pupils and parents.


    Working as the first point of contact at Valley Primary Academy, we are seeking an Academy Support Manager to run our busy school office, starting after half-term in October (or sooner if possible). You will provide a high standard of receptionist, Information Technology and administrative services to the Academy, its staff, pupils and parents and, by working flexibly with other administrative staff across the Trust, ensure that duties are carried out efficiently and effectively.

    We are looking for:

    ● Administrative/office experience, ideally within a school

    ● Excellent IT skills and familiar with Google software, and ideally Bromcom

    ● An enthusiastic team member

    ● Pro-active learner

    ● Personal accountability, resilience, integrity, creativity, courage and intellectual curiosity

    ● Ability to relate well to children and adults

    ● Good English and maths skills
